Precise System 3R compatible D100 Manual Chuck with Universal EDM Base Plate is a D100 manual Chuck which is able to fit System 3R elements attaching on a universal EDM base plate. The EDM base plate at φ130 mm comes with 8 slots at every 45° angle, which make it able to fit most spindlesof EDM machine center on the market. The entire chuck and base plate is made of stainless steel, rust-resistant.  In order to prevent EDM sinking machine from damage due to electrical short-circuit, inslation plate is supplied. 

As to the universal EDM basplate, it is consist of 2 parts, top and bottom plate. The top plate is for retrofitting on spindle of EDM machine centers. And the bottom plate is for people to adjust parallelism and flatness of chuck by screwing the 8 socket cup grub set screws.
