Audited Supplier Rapid-action Chuck with Universal EDM Baseplate applies to EDM sinking machine spindle. The φ130 EDM baseplate with 8 slots at every 45° angle so that It is able to retrofit on spindle of most of EDM machine centers in the world. The upper chuck on EDM baseplate is an equivalent of ER-007521. After adding EDM baseplate, the chuck is about to be a product similar to ER-007580.
The universal EDM basplate is consist of 2 parts, top and bottom plate. The top plate is for retrofitting on spindle of EDM machine centers. And the bottom plate is for people to adjust parallelism and flatness of chuck by screwing the 8 socket cup grub set screws.
